For the second year straight we had a wonderful time in Florida but what made the trip so wonderful was everyone being able to stay together. It was great having such a lovely home to come to after a day at the parks. We enjoyed the pool and the relaxing hot tub and the kids enjoyed the game room every night. It was nice being able to eat our breakfast and dinners there instead of the expensive food in the parks. The location is easy to get to all the parks in little time. Again we want to thank you for your home. We will be back soon I hope and I will recommend your home to anyone I know going to Florida. Thanks again!

Hello Gill, We were going to e-mail you when we arrived at your villa but instead we're doing it as we are preparing to head back up north. We had a delightful stay at your lovely villa. Orange Tree is a nice, quiet, well located community and your villa was just as presented in your photos. The layout is excellent and with the sky lights it is always bright and cheerful. The villa is well stocked and the management company was very responsive when called. We did enjoy the large pool, the spa, the roomy lanai and the very comfortable loungers.We are a retired couple who have rented for the past three years and this stay was one of the most pleasant.

So pleased we booked your fantastic villa. It looked good on the web site but in reality it is fantastic! It is so spacious and airy that even though there were 8 of us, we never felt 'on top of each other'. Having stayed at other villas with much smaller pools, it was great to be able to enjoy a proper swim and there was plenty of room for the children to splash about and have loads of fun with their pool toys and floats. Then there is the jacuzzi which was fantastic to relax in with a drink (or 2) after a busy day in the parks followed by very comfortable beds! Also very handy for Wal-mart for shopping and easy to reach some excellent restaurants. A fantastic holiday - can't wait to go back soon!!

We had a wonderful time. The directions were excellent and the villa was spotless when we arrived. I can't think of anything else we would have liked that wasn't already there. There was plenty of crockery etc for us all. My husband (wishee washee) loved the size of the washing machine and dryer. He was in his element - your towels and bedding were spotless when we left !!!! The pool area was superb and we also made great use of the games room and tennis courts.
